Jim Muldoon is the Managing Partner of Marjama Muldoon Blasiak & Sullivan LLP. Mr. Muldoon's practice focuses on the enforcement and defense of intellectual property infringement and related claims in federal and state courts and in arbitration.
Mr. Muldoon has been actively involved in a large number of patent infringement lawsuits, encompassing diverse technologies such as compression-style coaxial cable connectors, argon gas-assisted electro-coagulation probes, and macroporous media for high performance liquid chromatography columns.
Mr. Muldoon has also litigated federal trademark, unfair competition and antitrust claims and represented plaintiffs in copyright infringement actions on behalf of software publishers and performing rights organizations. 
In addition to IP litigation, Mr. Muldoon prosecutes patent and trademark applications, counsels clients, and participates in the assessments of intellectual property portfolios and the licensing and sale of intellectual property rights.
Before joining Marjama Muldoon, Mr. Muldoon was the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Department of a large Central New York general practice law firm, a Navy Judge Advocate, and a Navy Pilot.
Mr. Muldoon is very active in charitable and civic organizations in Central New York, including: Executive Vice Chair and Trustee of Loretto Management Corporation; Chairman and Trustee of the Loretto Foundation, Inc.; Trustee of PACE CNY, Member of the New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Counsel (2000-2003); President and Director, Exceptional Family Resources, Inc. (1994-2000); Steering Committee, Autism Support Group; MIT Education Council; Chairman, M&T Bank Loretto FUTURES Professional Golf Tournament (2002, 2003) Cavalry Club Golf Board, Tournament Chairman, Recipient, 40 Under 40 by Leadership Syracuse (1999).
