Dana F. Bigelow

Dana Bigelow is a patent attorney with considerable experience in client counseling, preparing and prosecuting patent applications and preparing various legal opinions. In addition, Mr. Bigelow has been involved in patent and trademark infringement and validity studies as well as U.S. and foreign licensing of intellectual property.

Mr. Bigelow has had extensive experience in patent application and prosecution, product clearance studies, validity and infringement studies, drafting and negotiating license agreements, and patent and trademark portfolio management.

Before joining Marjama Muldoon, Mr. Bigelow worked as in-house patent attorney first at General Electric Company for 14 years and then at Carrier Corporation for 17 years.
