Barry Manna is an Associate with Marjama Muldoon Blasiak & Sullivan LLP. 

Mr. Manna's practice focuses on patent, trademark, and copyright matters, with an emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications in the general fields of mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electrical arts.  He has extensive experience working with business leaders to develop and protect intellectual property strategies, including rendering opinions on product clearance, patent infringement, and patent validity.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Manna worked for United Technologies Corporation as a project engineer. In his diverse 15-year career he was manager for the NASA Space Shuttle Fuel Cell assembly, lead test engineer for automotive fuel cell programs, and lead development engineer for the Space Shuttle Main Engine Oxidizer Turbopump. Mr. Manna also lead complex development projects related to commercial and military gas turbine engines, including working as a manufacturing engineer overseeing fabrication of precision aerospace components.

Before joining Marjama Muldoon, Mr. Manna served as intellectual property counsel for UTC Power, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation, and practiced with a New England IP firm.
